This is a appointment only nail salon. Your time and our time is valuable. Appointments are scheduled according to the stylists' availability. For first time customers, we send out a confirmation text or call the day before your appointment. You must reply to confirm or cancel. If there is no reply, the appointment will be cancelled. We ask that you arrive on time. Please DO NOT arrive too early and not late. If you are late, you will have to reschedule or the time allocated for your service will be limited. Starting your appointment on time will allow you to receive the full benefit of your complete and unhurried service. 

​Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling require a 24 hour notice. There will be a $35 fee without a 24 hour cancellation. If payment is not received, appointments cannot be rescheduled. We have ZERO tolerance for no call no show appointments!! If you are a no call no show for your appointment, please do not call us back.  For regular clients, no call no show appointments require a $30 fee. If the fee is not paid all standing appointments will be removed and you cannot reschedule your appointment. Once the fee is paid, appointments may be rescheduled. 

​Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available and are ideal for special occasions and holidays. They are good for one year from purchase date. Make someone's day with a pampering spa gift today.

​Return Policy
All sales are final on nail services, cosmetics, spa products, jewelry and retail items.

​Health Concerns
Please notify your nail stylist of any health concerns you may have, such as pregnancy, hypertension, diabetes or any disabilities. This will prepare me to address your needs and customize your services. Feel free to communicate with me during your services to address your comfort level.

​Nail Parties
The Sole Fetish offers nail parties for children ages 5 to 13 and adults with a minimum of 5 guests and a maximum of 10 guests per party. Nail parties must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and a 50% deposit is required.  Gratuity is added for each nail stylist. Outside food and cake is allowed. Parties are held on Fridays and Saturdays only. 

​Payment
 Cash, Zelle, and Checks are accepted only.
For returned checks, a $30 fee will be assessed.​
Appointments are open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
